1 Introduction & Scope

joye9 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an online betting and casino service provider built for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between joye9 and all its users ("you" or "Member").

By accessing this website or mobile platform, opening an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use this platform.

These Terms apply to all products, services, and promotional offers provided by joye9. Additional terms may apply to specific games or bonus offers, and those will work alongside these main Terms.

2 Membership Eligibility

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with joye9, you must provide accurate personal information. If any false or misleading information is found in the details submitted during registration, the account will be cancelled. The Company may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

3.2 Password & Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

joye9 may verify your identity before deposits or withdrawals as part of its SSL encryption and fair play assurance process. A national identity card, passport, or other acceptable identity document may be requested. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited at joye9 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, or BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Standard withdrawal processing time is 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Any applicable taxes or duties are the member's own responsibility. joye9 does not deduct any tax amounts.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

If signs of suspicious transactions or money laundering appear, joye9 may be required to hold the transaction and notify the relevant authorities. If false transactions or fraud are proven, the account will be closed and all funds will be forfeited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳2,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; depositing ৳10,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before the bonus can be withdrawn, a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 in wagers required before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• Using bonus funds to follow professional betting strategies is prohibited.
• joye9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus is claimed in violation of these terms, it will be cancelled and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Gaming & Betting Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

Slots, casino games, sports betting, fishing games, and many other games are available on the joye9 platform. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed on screen before the game starts. Members are required to follow those rules.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, joye9 reserves the right to declare that round void. If incorrect results are displayed due to a software or hardware fault, corrective action will be taken. If a dispute arises over the result of any game, the decision of the support team will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets are settled only after the match result has been determined. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded. The official result of any league, tournament, or match is taken as final.

7 Prohibited & Unacceptable Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joye9:

• Providing false or fake information on an account.
• Using any software bots, automated tools, or artificial methods.
• Manipulating or colluding to influence game outcomes.
• Sharing account login details with anyone else.
• Using this platform for money laundering or handling funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing or deceiving other members.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Coordinated bonus abuse through organised wagering.

If any of the above violations are proven, joye9 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit funds, and take legal action if necessary.

8 VIP Program & Cashback

joye9's VIP program has four tiers. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and contributions:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

VIP cashback is credited every week. Members will be notified in advance if the cashback terms change.

9 Responsible Gaming

joye9 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We therefore encourage members to play responsibly. This platform is for people aged 21 and above only.

joye9 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (that is, any claim beyond the member's actual deposited amount).

12 Changes to Terms & Account Closure

12.1 Changes to Terms

joye9 may update these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use after a change means you have accepted the new terms.

12.2 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. joye9 also reserves the right to close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms. At the time of closure, any verifiable balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned via the designated method.

14 Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the terms of specific games or promotions together form the entire agreement between joye9 and the member. Any prior oral or written understanding is superseded by this agreement.

14.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be set aside and the remaining terms will continue to be in effect.

14.3 No Waiver

If joye9 does not take action in response to a particular breach, that does not mean it will not take action for the same breach in the future.
